FREE Training (conditions apply)

MFO offers a variety of FREE training courses  under the Skilling Queenslander's For Work funded training in Individual Support, Business, Driving Operations and Building and Construction to those on a multitude of visas.  Please contact our friendly staff member Nicole who will provide you with further information and discuss the dates and requirements of reach of our courses. Women's Employment Program

Are you a woman from a cultural and linguistically diverse background who is hoping to get into the workforce but unsure of how to start looking for work? Our Women's Empowerment and Resilience Network (WE EARN) program provides a safe and nurturing space where women will be supported to prepare for the Australian workplace.  Our employment support worker will assist you to set some short and longer term career goals and guide you through some steps that will help you achieve those goals.  We will assist you to improve your English literacy, build your computer skills, prepare and resume and cover letter and practice your interview skills. We will also hold a number of regular workshops that will teach you all you need to know to build your job readiness and understand your rights and responsibilities in the workplace.
