Leaders of Positive Change Luncheon 2025
On 12th June 2025, Multicultural Families Organisation celebrated the Leaders of Positive Change Luncheon at the Robina Event Centre. With the theme Bridging Generations, Strengthening Families, Supporting Change, the event brought together powerful stories, expert insights, and a strong sense of community.
A huge thank you to everyone who made this sold-out event so meaningful:
Ross Tyler (Act for Kids), Abiola Albert (Palm Beach Community Mental Health), Brett Lush (Newlife Care), community voices Kibrom Gebremedhin and Logan Brooks, with Marica Ristic leading the panel.
Special thanks to Marcel Esdoros for his impactful video and Lann Levinge for the Welcome to Country.
Kizuna Taiko, Cornerstone Chorus, and pianist Sam, filled the room with soul and energy with their performances.
TAFE Queensland, Newhaven Funerals, Act for Kids, Councillor Dan Doran (Division 11), and Planet Fitness Southport, thank you for your ongoing support.
And, of course, to our amazing attendees, your presence and commitment to positive change are what truly made the day special.
Together, we reflected on men’s mental health, family wellbeing, and how each of us can be an agent of change.
Let’s keep the conversation and change growing.
