MFO offers no-cost training courses under the Skilling Queenslanders for Work (SQW) initiative.
These Certificate courses provide job seekers with the skills, qualifications, and experience they need to enter and succeed in the workforce. Our programs help you build essential skills, earn nationally recognised qualifications in high-demand industries, and provide support for employment opportunities across different industries. Our Courses

Certificate III in Individual
Support
This 20-week course prepares you for a rewarding role in Disability and Aged Care. The program includes a mandatory 120-hour work placement to ensure hands-on experience.

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
This 15-week course equips you with skills to support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing, and includes a 160-hour practical placement for real-world experience.

Certificate III in School Based Education Support
This 15-week course provides the essential skills to assist teachers and students in the classroom. The program a mandatory 100-hour work placement.
Certificate III in
Individual Support
(CHC33021)
Build a career in the growing healthcare sector with our Certificate III in Individual Support. This 20-week course prepares you for a rewarding role in Disability and Aged Care.
The program includes a mandatory 120-hour work placement to ensure hands-on experience.
This course is delivered by Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Designer Life (Code 32502), with wrap-around support provided by Multicultural Families Organisation. Designer Life will deliver all training and assessment and issue all awards for successfully complete students for CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support.

The course is delivered by Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Strategix (Code 31418) in partnership with Multicultural Families Organisation. Strategix is responsible for all training, assessment, and issuing of the CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Certificate III in School Based
Education Support
(CHC30221)
Begin your career in the education sector with the Certificate III in School Based Education Support. This course provides the essential skills to assist teachers and students in the classroom, including support in literacy and numeracy, managing behaviour, working with diverse learners, and contributing to the planning and delivery of educational programs.
Delivered over 15 weeks by Registered Training Organisation Strategix (RTO Code 31418) in partnership with Multicultural Families Organisation, this course offers personalised wrap-around support to guide you throughout your learning journey and includes a 100-hour practical placement for real-world experience.
